It’s important for a bunch of Type-A, high-energy, passionate advocates to blow-off some steam every once in a while.  We at C&S have fully adopted the work hard, play hard mentality.  To help keep us in balance, “team-build,” and just plain have fun, we have two symposiums each year—one in the spring and then one in the fall.  Our symposiums are all-day romps of adventure, culture, food, travel, fun, and good company.

Just to name a few, we have stormed NYC on several occasions, been admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court, flew a twin-prop plane to play at the Nemacolin spa and off-roading course, solved a murder mystery at a cabin in the woods, conquered the paint ball battleground, hiked, rode horses, kayaked, survived white water rafting on the New River, visited countless art museums, stood on Rocky’s steps, stood on MLK’s steps, and ziplined through canopies—whewh!

In fall 2016, the adventure was Chicago.  We flew to Chicago in the morning, leaned over the city from the 95th floor, aced the ping-pong club, navigated the waters of the Chicago River, and had a birds’ eye view of the setting sun from the cupola perch on the top of LondonHouse.  A few pictures from our incredible day are below.
